Janae is a counselor in the Stake Relief Society. Sunday morning, February 9, 2020 she visited a branch about an hour away for their ward conference with Maribell, the Stake Relief Society President. Sunday afternoon Garry and Janet prepared a dinner for Maribel and her husband Carl and son Michael.
I set the table and helped prepare the meal.

Janae shared some of her children's books with Michael and his mother.
We had as lovely meal of turkey, dressing, potatoes, gravy and salad.
We had a good visit while we ate. Carl is from North Dakota and met Maribel at the Naval Base here in Rota. Their seven year old son, Michael, is a cute little boy.
Janet made a cake that she served with ice cream for dessert.
I enjoyed hearing about Carl's experiences growing up on a cattle ranch in North Dakota. This is where my brother Rey served his mission.
This was a fun afternoon with our new friends.
