Parker and Nieves Wedding Luncheon

After Parker and Nieves wedding in the Gilbert Temple on June 17, 2016 we had a wedding luncheon for them at Mark and Marlene's home.

                                                         We enjoyed visiting as we ate.

                            I am so blessed to have a good family who enjoy being together.

                  Fred and Rauna have all eight of their children here for their brother's wedding.

                                 It is wonderful to see Parker and Nieves so happy.

                                                 Stratten is growing but is still so tiny.

I am happy that Dale could be in the temple with us for his brother's wedding.  He is preparing to leave on a mission.

                                         I enjoy being with my children and grandchildren.

                                   I wish Parker and Nieves lots and lots of happiness.

       Parker and Nieves showed me their first tiny home. I am so happy that they have each other.

Parker and Nieves Temple Wedding

It was wonderful to be in the Gilbert Arizona temple on June 17th, 2016 with so many family members.

Parker and Nieves were sealed in a beautiful temple ceremly and began their own eternal family.

                                         They are a cute couple.  I wish them much happiness.

                                                         They make a great team.

                           I know that together they will accomplish lots of wonderful things.

                             I wish them lots of happiness as they begin their forever family.

It is wonderful to be around  couple so in love.  I am happy that they have found each other.

                             I have enjoyed have Nieves stay with me the last couple of weeks.

           I have fallen in love with her.  She is a wonderful companion for my grandson.

                Parker is my 35th grandchild to be married in the temple.  I feel so blessed.

Two returned missionaries from Paraguay that knew Nieves family came to the wedding from California and New Mexico.                                                                               
     Nieves missionary companion came  from Utah  with her husband to her wedding..

                                    All of Fred and Rauna's family were at the wedding.

                       I am a happy grandmother with all of these beautiful grandchildren.

                                                I am grateful that we could be at the temple together.

                                                       Fred and Rauna have a beautiful family.

Parker and Nieves with Parker's parents.  I wish that Nieves family could have been here but it was hard to get visas from Paraguay..

I claim Nieves as one of my grandchildren too.  I am so happy to welcome her into our family.

               

Dale's Temple Endowment

              I am happy to be with another grandchild as he takes out his temple endowment.

Dale went to the Mesa Arizona Temple on Thursday evening  June 17, 2016.   We had lots of family members in the session with us to give Dale support.

                            Dale is my 35th grandchild to take out their temple endowment.

Dale was with us in the temple for his brother Parker's wedding.  I hope that he will go back often as he prepares to serve as a missionary in Peru this fall.

Visit with Melvin,Tami and Family

After the Conference Center Summer Party onh June 15, 2016 I spent the night with Melvin and Tami and family in Farmington..  Kaitlyn and Ashley were just returning from performing with the Pizzacato Strings.  These are their summer uniforms.

Lauren showed me the dolls she got in Denmark, Sweden and France on their vacation.  These are added to her collection of dolls.

                Lauren has her room decorated cute with souvenirs from all over the world.

Kaitlyn celebrated her 16th birthday the day before I was there.  This is left over from her birthday cake.

                  Melvin and Tami decorated their home for her family birthday party.

                                  After Melvin's appointments he met us at their new home.

                                Back at home we had scripture study and family prayer.

                         I enjoy reading the scriptures with my children and grandchildren.

                                  Kaitlyn also got lots of new books for her birthday.

Melvin took me to the airport early Thursday morning on his way to work.  My good friends Jerry and Lauri brought me home from the airport.

Adrianne stayed with Nieves while I was in Utah.

Nieves is excited about her wedding in just a few days.

Nieves gave me this beautiful wall hanging that she brought from Paraguay for me.  She also wrote me a thank you note that I will cherish.  I have enjoyed having Nieves stay with me these past couple of week.  I am grateful that she is marrying my grandson.
