My grandchildren look forward to the tradition of my  "Strange Visitor" story.
Some of my great grandchildren heard my story for the first time.
This year I told them two stories.  I put on my pioneer bonnet and told them a true pioneer story about a three-year-old girl that was protected when she was lost  by what she thought was a big dog but instead was a big black bear.
I then told them my Strange Visitor Halloween story.  I have told this story every year for about  61 years.

I enjoy telling the story each year and my family love the tradition.
