Kenneth invited me to go with him to the BYU Football Game on November 27th, 2016.
BYU Cougars played the Southern Utah Thunderbirds.
I enjoyed watching the Band march in.
It was great to have the game be an afternoon game.
The weather was perfect.
I thought of Hyrum and Emily who have been in the band in past years.
I don't know anyone in the band this year.
I enjoy listening to the BYU Band.
They add a lot to the football game.
It was fun to watch them march into the stadium.
The BYU Percussion put on a show for the crowds as we walked in.
They were fun to watch and listen to.
We had great seats to watch both teams warm up before the game began.
The BYU Cougar Band put on a pre game show.

The Band played the National Anthem before the game began and we had a prayer.
The firecrackers helped welcome the BYU Football players onto the field.
The band and cheer leaders were on the field making a path for them to run onto the field.
The football starting lineup were introduced.
The BYU Banner came down. I enjoyed watching all the excitement as the football game began.
The kickoff began the game.
Every time we made a touchdown the cheerleaders would run the BYU flags around the field.
We made lots of touchdowns so I watched the BYU flags go around the field lots of times.

We had good seats to watch the BYU team when they were down at our end.
The BYU Football team is about to score.
BYU made another touch down.
The television screen shows that there was only 46 seconds in the fir st half when we made another touchdown making the half time score 30 to 7.
The cheerleaders run the flags around the field again and we sang the school fight song.
We made the extra point.
The cheerleaders cheer the team on to victory.
Mark saw us on the television screen when he was watching the game in Arizona. He took a picture and sent it to us.
The cheerleaders lead us in the school fight song at the beginning of the half time of the game. The fight song hasn't changed since I was a student at BYU.
The BYU Band put on a half time show.
Melvin came down to Provo to the BYU game with one of his surgeon friends. He came over at half time to see us.
As part of the half time show they honored the veterans.
A famous BYU singing group, Vocal Point, came out onto the field and honored the veterans by singing "This is America",
The television screen shows the veterans and Vocal Point.
I enjoyed hearing them sing.
Cosmo also put on a show at half time.
He broke the records with the number of back flips he took across the field.

It was amazing to see how many back flips he made.
The second half of the game started.
I love watching the football players, the band, the cheerleaders and all the excitement.
I enjoy singing the BYU Fight song with the cheerleaders.
I am happy to be a BYU Alumni.
I love my school. We are a BYU family with so many children and now grandchildren attending BYU.
The cannon went off every time we scored. Kenneth helped a friend fire the cannon. Last year I got to fire the cannon at one of the BYU games. The military did push ups every time we scored. This time they had to do 34 push ups.
Andy brought his friend with him to the game.
The final score of the BYU Football game was BYU 34 and Southern Utah 7.
Andy and his friend went down to the bottom of the stadium so that they could congratulate the football players as they ran around the field at the end of the game.
This was a great game to watch.
It was an afternoon game with perfect weather.
They told everyone to stay after the game for a special announcement.
BYU is invited to play in the Poinsettia Bowl on December 21st in San Diego.
