The Nauvoo Mission Reunion was wonderful on October 3, 3014.  I especially enjoyed visiting with Sister Lewis.  We now have alot in common since we both are looking forward to when we can be with our eternal companions again.
The beautiful quilt made for President and Sister Lewis showing Nauvoo Historic sites was displayed.
It was great to see so many of the missionaries that we served with again and to catch up on their lives.

I missed a hug from President Lewis.

Elder and Sister Graves were in our MTC group.
Eldder and Sister Hollist always have great Church History information to share.
Elder and Sister Deans help keep us in touch with all the Nauvoo missionaries.
It was great to see the young sister missionaries now married and returning  with their babies. I knew them as Sister Rowdy and Sister Mulolins.

Elder and Sister Graves and their young sister missionaries.
                                            Elder Barry and Vera Johnson
After dinner we had a program.  The first part on the program was the senior single sisters that served in Nauvoo.  they had some cute words to "Count Your Many Blessings".  "Hellow Missionaries, You are looking great, You don't look a moment over fifty eight...."
The best part on the program was Sister Lewis and the tribute to President Neal Lewis.
She shared experiences from their mission that they had recorded in their journals.
It was all very interesting and faith promoting.

At the end they listed all the missionaries. s that served with President and Sister Lewis that have passed away.  Jay was on the list.

Sister Giles displayed these two paintings that she painted.
Painting of the Heber C. Kimball home in Nauvoo.
I enjoyed looking at all the pictures taken during our Nauvoo Mission that were displayed.
They all brought back so many memories.
Memories of serving as an ordinance  worker in the Nauvoo Temple.
Memories of serving as hosting missionaries  in the various Nauvoo sites.
Memories of serving with so many great people in Nauvoo that remain our friends.
Memories of performing in Rendezvous and Sunset at the Mississippi.
The years 2005 to 2007 were great years spent as missionaries in Nauvoo.
These are some nice pictures of President and Sister Lewis.
                                     They were great mission presidents.
These pictures bring back lots of memories.
Thanks for bringing  them and sharing them at our reunion.
I loved being a Nauvoo Missionary.  These were great days spent with Jay serving in the various historic homes.   I enjoyed being a narrator in the wagon rides. We especially enjoyed serving in Carthage.
