Beautiful Views from the Airplane

 I saw the  newly painted American airplane as I flew out of the Phoenix airport on February 18, 2015.

            I still like the US Airway logo on the planes but I guess change is in the air.

                                                           I am grateful for flight privileges.

                                                    We flew over the Grand Canyon.

                                    There are still some snow on the mountains in Utah.

                                      I took the Temple Square Shttle into Temple Square.

                                             I love to see the Salt Lake Temple.

                      I gave this couple from Albuquerque a tour of the Conference Center.

                             The man is from Maracaibo where Vernon served his mission.

 He was visiting his friend who recently moved from Venezuela  to Salt Lake with her family.

Seussical at Mesa Center for the Performing Arts

 Mesa High School performed  their "Seussical, The Musical" at the Mesa Center for the Performing Arts on February 16 and 17, 2015.

                                                It was so fun to see them perform again.

                                                        The costumes and props were fabulous.

                                      Kyle was General Genghis Khan Schmitz in the production.

                                                         The Cat in the Hat was great.

 Quinn had lots of fun being one of the Wickensham Brothers.  They jumped around all the trampoline like monkeys.

                   It was great t o see such a large cast of young people having such a good time.

                                       The Circus came to town as part of the production.

                                                   The music for the production  was great.

                                                            General Kyle leads his cadets.

                         It was clever how they featured so many of the famous stories of Dr. Seuss.

                                              It was fun seeing the production on the big stage.

                        Quinn and Kyle had their whole fan club   there to cheer them on. 

 Quinn did a great job as one of the Wickersham Brothers.  They had lots of fun climbing around.

                                     General Kyle was fun to watch as he led the cadets.

                              My grandchildren provide me with lots of good entertainment.

                                                        Thank you for a great performance.

                       They had so much fun together.  They will have lots of fun memories.
