Celebrating Amy's Birthday

Amy is beautiful both inside and out. She has many friends who helped celebrate her birthday.
It has been great having Amy living here with me this past month.
I look forward to her coming home from work and her smile.
She has done well to organize all of her clothes and necessary belongings in a small space.
November 17, 2011 I enjoyed being able to wake up Amy by singing Happy Birthday to her.
I gave Amy a recipe book Mormon Country Cooking for her birthday. Amy likes to cook and said she was happy to have some basic recipes.
She started reading it right away. I also helped her with her new floors in her home.
Amy is thoughtful of my needs, always has a smile and is willing to help out with any project.
Amy is an attractive girl and always looks so sharp when she leaves for work. I love her so very much.
Ray and I took Amy out to Joe's Barbecue on her birthday.
Amy is a beautiful daughter.
We all had a good visit together.
Amy works hard at her job and has a lot of responsibility.
The next day her sisters took her out to lunch. Again we had a good visit.
Our waitress brought fried ice cream with a candle for her birthday.
She included four spoons so that we could all try it.

The Pajama Game

I enjoyed watching Jamie Rose perform in the musical "The Pajama Game" on November 15, 2011 at the Mesa Arts Center.
Jamie was cast as Charlene and Ann.
She had a cute part as one of the women sewing in the pajama sewing factory. I thought she put a lot into her part.
Jamie was always in character and fun to watch.
The music was great.
I enjoyed watching the cast members having a good time.
My grandchildren provide me with plenty of entertainment.
I am happy that they are developing their talents and involved in wholesome activities.
I like Jamie's smile.
Fred and Rauna and Carinne also came to her production. Thanks Jamie for a fun evening of entertainment.

Beautiful Arizona Temple

I enjoy going to the temple each week.
Every time I enter the temple I feel a love for my Savior and His great Plan of Happiness making it possible for me to be with my eternal companion again if I but live worthy.
I enjoy the beautiful flowers around the temple.
I am happy to live close to the beautiful Arizona Temple.
I enjoy attending the temple once or twice each week.
I feel closer to Jay while in the temple.
When I went to the temple on Nov. 15, 2011 they had just planted new flowers in the flower beds.
I enjoyed attending the temple early in the morning on November 17, 2011.

BYU Vocal Point

I have enjoyed watching BYU Vocal Point singers compete on the NBC Sing Off each week.
I thought they did really well on November 14, 2011 . They sang Bobby Brown's "Every Little Step" which the judges said was impressive. They said that their "Ain't Too Proud to Beg" was a weaker number.
It was sad to see them knocked off. They did well though to survive to the last five before having to leave. I have enjoyed listening to them each week.

Quinn and Ryan's Birthdays

Quinn's birthday posters were up when we visited on Nov. 13, 2011 to celebrate the birthdays.
Quinn is enjoying his first year of high school and is involved in sports and music. His family celebrated his birthday last week.
We were invited to dinner on Sunday evening Nov. 13, 2011 to celebrate Ryan's birthday.
Ryan showed me the trophy he got for playing flag football.
Ryan enjoys sports. He is now a first grader and is learning to read.
I enjoyed being in Mark and Marlene's home with them and their family.
We had a nice birthday dinner.
They set two big tables to make room for everyone.
Ryan arranged the seven candles on his birthday cake.
He wanted to have the candles easy to blow out.
Ryan is the youngest in the family and much loved by everyone.
We all sang Happy Birthday to Ryan.
Ryan blew out all of the candles so he go his birthday wish.
Ryan's mother helps him serve his birthday ice cream cake.
Ray and the other boys look at the latest phone and all the things it can do.
